Tech is where curiosity has to prove itself.

Software, AI, hardware, and the systems work that make it easier to build, publish, and keep improving without losing judgment.

I like figuring out how things work and then making them more useful. That instinct shows up in software and electronics, but it is really about systems: where the friction is, what should be automated, and how the whole thing can become easier to trust.

A lot of my technical work is tied to creative output. I am less interested in building for the sake of saying I built something and more interested in tools that actually make the workday cleaner.

Software

Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js for tools that support real creative workflows.

AI and automation

Useful when it removes repetitive work without removing judgment.

Hardware

Audio gear, electronics, and the physical side of the tools I spend the most time with.

Builder mindset

I prefer real tools over tutorial projects. Most of the things I make come from repeated frustration: a workflow that takes too long, a review step that breaks concentration, a system that should be cleaner than it is.

How I think about AI

I use AI like leverage, not like authority. It is good at speed, pattern assistance, and handling the repetitive parts of a pipeline. It is not a substitute for taste, standards, or deciding what is actually worth shipping.

Why this lane belongs here

Tech is not separate from the rest of the site because the tools shape the art, the process, and how much room I have to do meaningful work. Building better systems is one way of protecting time for the creative parts that matter most.

Builder notes and essays

Writing that clarifies systems, creative tooling, and the standards behind the build work.

Why This Site Needs to Exist

A personal site gives the work, the context, and the quieter thoughts a place to live together without being flattened by a feed.

Media and commentary

Reviews or broader pieces that belong in tech rather than music or culture.

No tech media entries published yet.

Media entries assigned to tech will collect here if they fit this lane better than culture or music.

Tools and systems

The project work itself: software, automation, experiments, and workflow infrastructure.

The automated system behind my own multi-platform publishing workflow, from raw recording to review-ready posts.

Why it exists

I needed a repeatable way to move from one recording to multiple platform outputs without rebuilding the process every week.

Current focus

Keeping approvals light, outputs consistent, and the whole system flexible enough to evolve with the brand.

PythonAI toolingAutomation

A browser editor for turning long recordings into short, captioned clips without bouncing between five different tools.

Why it exists

I wanted a faster way to shape short-form video from transcripts, timing, and captions in one workflow.

Current focus

Tightening the timeline feel, transcript editing, and export polish so the app feels dependable instead of just clever.

This Website

Building

A long-term home for projects, essays, music notes, and the context that would get flattened anywhere else.

Why it exists

Social platforms are useful, but they are not a stable home for the full picture.

Current focus

Making the structure stronger, giving writing room to grow, and keeping the voice honest.

SparkClips

Building

A desktop app for surfacing the strongest moments inside longer videos before the review stage gets messy.

Why it exists

Manual clip hunting takes too long when the real job is deciding what is worth keeping.

Current focus

Improving moment scoring, cleaning the review flow, and making the picks easier to trust.

PythonPySide6Video analysis

Computer-vision-assisted thumbnail selection from raw video frames.

Why it exists

The best frame is usually buried in too much footage and found too late.

Current focus

Balancing technical scoring with actual visual judgment so the recommendations feel useful instead of robotic.

PythonOpenCVComputer vision

A research tool for spotting themes and conversations before they become obvious.

Why it exists

I wanted a better way to notice what is gaining traction without scrolling aimlessly or guessing off vibes alone.

Current focus

Testing sources, filtering noise, and deciding which signals actually deserve follow-up.

Reference library pulls

Source material, interface references, and systems thinking worth keeping close to the work.

Published references assigned to the tech lane will surface here once they exist.
